services We strive to provide the best possible service and quality. Digitizing is our only business. TURNAROUND TIME Our standard service is 3 to 5 working days (Mon - Fri excluding holidays). We offer a rush service for guaranteed 24 and 48 hour turnaround times. Contact us for rush service pricing. Large or complicated designs may require additional time to complete and are subject to quotation based on factors other than strictly stitch count. ARTWORK Good artwork can be the key to a pleasing finished design. We accept all major computer image formats including .bmp, .gif, .jpg, and .tif, as well as graphic image formats including .ai, .eps, .cdr, etc. Graphic image formats are great but if you don't have that please note that scanned images are preferred over fax images. MACHINE FORMATS We support most commercial and home formats. DELIVERY Delivery is normally via email. For an additional charge we will deliver via priority mail or courier service. EDITING Our designs are verified to be technically correct, however, your machine may have it's own unique personality. If our design requires editing to obtain optimal quality, this is free of charge. Changes to artwork after the design is digitized are subject to an editing fee. POLICIES The customer is responsible to verify all designs prior to production. Designs will be digitized in accordance with the supplied artwork. We may suggest changes to artwork that usually include too small lettering or excessive detail that does not reproduce in thread.
